Urster
A small mining village in the far northeast of Akhentour, Urster is well known for being surprisingly untouched during the war, as Alrenn’s forces literally flew right over them. They mine precious metals, which are used for minting coins in Kavonne. Urster declared itself Free Urster shortly after Akhentour was reunited as a country.
Notable Beings
[edit | edit source]Edwon Pearce. Self-proclaimed King of Free Urster. Was sacrificed to Jarunvandir.
The Cabal. Five vampires who operate out of Urster Mines. Tristan, Georgie, Leopold, Victor, and Elisia. All dead.
Vanta Rolfe. Tiefling nature cleric, black skinned, former lover of Tristan before he became a vampire. Dated Talmuq until he died and was gone for two years. Went on to marry a man named Robert and had two children with him, Cormick and Sydri.
Jarunvandir. An atropal, or god abomination, living deep in the mines. Was dormant until Novius found it over 100 years ago. Novius promised it a portion of the power he would gain as a lich in exchange for allowing him to dip his staff into pure Entropy. Jarunvandir is now only a few bits of raw energy away from manifesting into something … worse. Was killed by Dragonslayers.
