Book of Fate

A book underneath the Platinum Pyramid, located in the Shimmering Oasis in the Gold Desert of Hellsmouth. The book is believed to hold the entirety of Fate within its pages. No one is sure where the book came from, or who it belongs to. During the time of the False Gods, it was thought to be Savras’ (the Faerun god of fate), but now it is unknown who created it or possessed it. When the book is open, its pages affect the world around it by altering fate, creating paradoxes and other temporal phenomena which the modrons of Mechanus usually fix.
