Here is a list of the various known worlds within the Material Plane.

Eberron

Eberron is a technology-centric world. The warforged of Titan’s End were created there, though they do not call it home. Somehow, despite Eberron's incredibly isolated and hidden location, it has become known to the people of Avo due to the events of Narellyn Ambersole, following the Alrennean War.

Things of Interest

Deathbringer, Firebred, Moonborn, Whisperstrike, Winterstorm - five specialized warforged forge sites, and names for the “class” of warforged colossuses being created there.
