Feywild Monsters

Bilgoab

A bilgoab is a large fey ogre, akin to normal terrestrial ogres except they are often covered in a thick moss. They are usually asleep, as their fury tends to cause them to pass out. When asleep they are indistinguishable from large, moss-covered boulders. When awake, they furiously attack anything and everything in their path until they either find enough food to satiate themselves, in which case they pass out,  or they roar so hard ... that they pass out.

Faelgiar

Faelgiar are fey spirits that inhabit forgotten objects. They feed on memories and usually strike when someone has picked up an object on their travels (like an adventurer…). Faelgiar can cause entire towns to forget nearly everything. When they consume enough memories, they turn into a Keeper, a larger, hulkier faelgiar whose sole purpose is to protect the memories it stole.

Other

Ivy Blight

The blights created by the Circle of Vines druids all ended up evil with the exception of the Ivy Blights. No one is sure why, but most of the Ivy Blights were destroyed by the other blights. Only a precious few remain throughout Avo.

Magmaloth

Magmaloth are large oozes comprised of lava. They are created when magma or lava comes in contact with a highly magical source, like if lava is enchanted by a wizard. The magmaloth’s only desire is to retain its heat, and to swallow magical items to stay alive. Thus, a cooled (dead) magmaloth is often a treasure trove of magical items, uncorrupted due to their magical nature.
