The Jewel of the Bay. Kavonne was once the largest and most advanced city in Dorian, prior to the Alrennean War. It is now largely empty and ruined, though its famous wall still surrounds it.

Guilds

The KLA is the most illustrious adventuring guild in all of Dorian, and perhaps even the entirety of Avo. They are most recently best known for destroying Alrenn before he eradicated all life in Akhentour and probably all of Dorian.

Notable Beings

Diplomatic Envoy

The envoy sent from Kavonne to Lilingbroke to mediate with the orcs.

Tanya Isobel

Half-elf, leader of the envoy. She is older, tall, and striking in her presence. Her skill is in facilitating. She is not a physical fighter but is not afraid to back down from people.

Ian van Montelle

Human bard. An ex-KLA member, Ian was the only survivor of the Battle of Garrod, in which Alrenn was destroyed and his phylactery thrown into the Plane of Fire. He quickly retired afterward and now works as a skilled mediator.

Meyvanne Ilsidonne

High elf. Very long, elegant face, white hair, about 300 years old. Very aloof and distant, cold to others. She is skilled at negotiations because she can argue any side she wants.

Urdane Silverbeak

Dwarf. Short ginger hair, long beard braids. His specialty is intimidation, due to his aggressiveness.

Others

Mittzergh Fauston

City dwarf man. Chief financier of Kavonne. Formerly from Valwyria.

Alistair Astrov

Human, formerly of Garrod. Now lives in Kavonne. Is Aalari’s relative. Cousin, I think.

Morgana Brightraven

Human woman, a former prostitute turned brothel owner (The Pretty Penny) in Kavonne. Glendower’s mother with Narelleyn.

Theodore van Esten

The son of the former king of Akhentour, Leon van Esten. Is now one of the two Councilors of Kavonne, with Tanya.
