Biryellen

Biryellen is the country in the north and parts of the east of Iro. It actually encompasses several smaller countries, each ruled by the Irolean elves. (Kind of like old Germany.) Much of Biryellen is comprised of the “Blackmarsh,” which is a large swamp. Biryellen was engaged in wars with Valwyr during much of middle history; in the end, Valwyr won handily and Biryellen fell to a shadow of its former self.
