A former coastal city in the south of Teveren. Jamafar was a lawless town ruled by the Black Hand Syndicate, a criminal organization that used trade as a front for piracy, smuggling, and other illegal ventures. They were welcomed by the citizens of Jamafar, who were so removed from the seat of civilization in Teveren that without the Black Hand’s involvement, it would be a poor, desolate town. Instead, it was a large, wealthy—if a little unruly—pirate city.

Early in the Alrennean War, Jamafar was razed to the ground by Alrenn, presumably due to information linking Alrenn to his former self, as his rise to lichdom was aided in part by the Black Hand.
