After the forming of Avo in creation history, twelve [[Titan|titans]] chose to remain on the world. * '''Covoran.''' Builder. Presumably alive, whereabouts unknown. Perhaps in the abyss below the Crystal City. * '''Gamaver.''' Destroyer. Dead, killed in the Teeth of Iro. * '''Atren.''' Shaper. Dead, killed in the Obsidian Sea. * '''Irtus.''' Builder. Alive, lives in the Goddess Tree on Ama Shuya. * '''Fodwen.''' Shaper. Alive in the Midnight Wood of Deneshae. * '''Wrosten.''' Destroyer. Alive, formerly in the Storm Sands of Deneshae. Left Avo with Uredon. * '''Mantavos.''' Builder. Alive, technically. Took the form of the sun. * '''Rutwesc.''' Shaper. Alive, technically. Took the form of the moon. * '''Uredon.''' Destroyer. Alive. Took the form of a great whale in the sea. Left Avo with Wrosten. * '''Wrenekar.''' Builder. Technically alive, though he exchanged his body for the form of a construct, allowing him to traverse the planes. Whereabouts unknown. (Thought to be in the Future.) * '''Neren.''' Shaper. Dead. Consumed the Divine Drops to become the Demiurge. Was killed by members of the Dragonslayers and beings from Eberron. * '''Talkeni.''' Destroyer. Dead in the core of the world. = Titan Names = Many of the Avonian titans were worshiped as gods and were given different names depending on the location. {| class="wikitable" |'''Type''' |'''Titan''' |'''Valwyr''' |'''Phynsia''' |'''Iro''' |'''Dorian''' |'''Deneshae''' |- |'''Creator''' |Covoran | |Covoran |Covoran | | |- |'''Shaper''' |Atren | |Atren |Atren |Veren | |- |'''Destroyer''' |Gamaver | |Gamaver |Gamaver |Dei | |- |'''Creator''' |Irtus | |Irtus | |Wete |Qualyn |- |'''Shaper''' |Fodwen | |Fodwen | |Kosa |Imaeatin |- |'''Destroyer''' |Wrosten | |Wrosten | |Sonat |Sqeatu |- |'''Creator''' |Mantavos | |Mantavos |Artok |Eto | |- |'''Shaper''' |Rutwesc | |Rutwesc |Midya |Ota | |- |'''Destroyer''' |Uredon | |Uredon |Sut |Ano | |- |'''Creator''' |Wrenekar |Renega |Wrenekar |Goyen? |Yuu | |- |'''Shaper''' |Neren |Nalien |Neren | |Pav |Celeskarn |- |'''Destroyer''' |Talkeni |Tarkena |— | |Avo | |} = Titan History in Avo = The titans originally arrived in Leopha shortly after Avo's creation, where they freely mingled with the people there for much of prehistory. Eventually they began to travel, usually in packs of three. Wrenekar, Neren, and Talkeni traveled to Castelin in Valwyr, gaining traction there, while Mantavos, Rutwesc, and Uredon crossed the mountains into Iro, where they were worshiped as gods. Irtus, Fodwen, and Wrosten traveled to southern Deneshae, becoming the Walking Gods. The only trio who remained in Leopha were Covoran, Atren, and Gamaver, who were hatching a plan. Later, after the Betrayer Titans were revealed, most of the titans reconvened, this time in Dorian, a neutral space to them, and during that time the people there began to worship them, giving them the names we know now. The titans attempted to “rehabilitate” the betrayers, and while Atren and Gamaver went to Dorian, Covoran did not, instead pursuing his own goals in Leopha. The “rehab” went poorly, and in general there was much infighting between the titans at this point, which culminated in Atren convincing Gamaver to kill Talkeni, who was largely responsible for bringing the titans together in the first place. Gamaver killed Talkeni in her sleep, poisoning her before throwing her body into the Sesecar Cenote, located deep in the jungles of Morentar. This was, of course, unacceptable, and the other titans fought a marvelous battle against Atren and Gamaver across Avo, which they nearly won before Covoran arrived with his army of constructs. The battle raged on but ultimately the betrayers were caught and the other titans petitioned the gods themselves, requesting that they open a portal to somewhere that the betrayers could never return from. The gods, afraid of entropy, opened a portal to a place even they were worried about entering: the Far Realm. And thus Covoran, Atren, and Gamaver were exiled. After that, the titans disbanded and moved to their respective locations. Irtus, Fodwen, and Wrosten settled in Deneshae. Mantavos, Rutwesc, Uredon, and Wrenekar lived in Iro. And Neren wandered off, eventually becoming mad for unknown reasons, tearing himself apart in southern Deneshae and becoming a worshiped god by the primitive humans there, Celeskarn.
